Arlington

Arlington County spans 26.1 square miles and is home to more than 98,000 households, with a population of over 207,000 residents at the time of the 2010 United States Census. It is the second-largest principal city of the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and offers a range of housing options from single-family homes, to townhomes, duplexes, and condominiums. Arlington residents are well served with public transit facilities including several Metrorail stations in the county, coupled with the high-volume bus lines of Columbia Pike.

In 2006, Arlington was ranked by CNN Money as the most educated city in the nation, with 35.7% of residents holding graduate degrees. In 2009, a Nielsen study ranked Arlington second in the U.S. (after nearby Loudoun County) for the percentage of professionals aged between 25–34 who earnt over $100K annually.
