We are an award winning group of RE/MAX real estate professionals with offices in Lake Ridge, Occoquan, Springfield, Fairfax, and Alexandria. Founded in 2004 and led by team leader Abuzar Waleed, our shared vision is to deliver a high level of personal service and unbiased advice to fulfil our clients’ needs and to assist them in achieving an optimal outcome. In addition to assisting you with finding a property that fulfils your needs, we can guide you through the entire home buying process. We can assist with the paperwork, with engaging a reputable home inspector, service providers and contractors, suggest skilled lenders, and submit offers and counteroffers on your behalf. We will provide advice and answer any questions you may have.
For investors, we also offer our extensive experience with foreclosures and short-sales.
As your buyer’s representative, we will be on your side, looking out for your interests every step of the way, and negotiating with the seller on your behalf to ensure you get the most favorable terms. And we do so at no cost to you. Instead, we will receive an agreed upon portion of the listing agent's sales commission (usually about half), which is paid by the seller.
Sellers will benefit from our deep body of experience in real estate sales across Northern Virginia. Combined, our team of agents has intimate knowledge of current trends, housing demand, availability, and property values across all local neighborhoods. We will give you a realistic, accurate and honest estimate of what we think your home will sell for.
Once we have visited and assessed your property, we will also advise on the top items we think you should focus on to optimize the appeal and value of your home during the sales period. As each home is unique, we don't adopt a one size fits all approach to improving the value and marketability of your property.
We will use our extensive experience and negotiating skills to help you achieve the highest sales price that the market will allow. We will guide you through details of the closing process, and can advise and assist you with handling the paperwork, including explaining contract contingencies.
