Gainesville

Gainesville, VA 20155 & 20156, is a town spanning 10.3 square miles in Prince William County, Northern Virginia. Close to Lake Manassas, Gainesville is approximately 35 miles west of downtown Washington, DC, and is home to roughly 4,000 households with a population of over 11,400 residents at the time of the 2010 United States Census. Replete with cul-de-sacs, housing in Gainesville is comprised of a mix of luxury homes on large land parcels, single-family suburban homes, duplexes, townhomes and apartments.
