If you're interested, the first step is to call the listing agent/owner to see if it's a good match for you or your buyer. After that, we can set up a preview of our inventory at our storage location or in the staged homes. There is no real estate with this purchase. Your buying inventory, equipment and business assets which can be transferred via a Bill of Sale or similar. Agent comp, if any, can be included in your offer to purchase. Again, there is NO real estate in this purchase, only business assets, which will need to be moved to the buyers location at the buyers expense.
