HERE ARE THE SAVINGS WE OFFER USING OUR REALTORS FOR HEROES PROGRAM:

The Hero receives a 25% discount directly from our company’s gross commission as allowed by law at closing, which is credited to you on what’s called the CD statement and can be applied to numerous closing costs which are associated with buying or selling a home. Example: Sales price = $300,000, Gross commission 3% or $9,000, 25% of gross commission = Hero’s savings of $2,250.00.

Who qualifies?
Heroes include military personnel, veterans, firefighters, law enforcement officers, teachers, health care workers, and first responders who make our community a better and safer place to live. Verification proof is required.

How will I receive my savings?

Am I working with a full service realtor?
We are absolutely full service and highly qualified. We are local professionals and are licensed through the Virginia Real Estate Board.

Disclosure: Use of program must be agreed upon prior to the signing of the Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement and/or the Exclusive Right to Represent Buyer Agreement. Only one savings program can be used at a time. One cannot combine the Realtors for Heroes program with the Selling and Buying program or vice versa.
